This machine produces foundation sheets in one step, right from the hot wax.
The liquid wax flows onto the cooled foundation rollers and hardens indo sharp edged foundation sheet.
two knifes cut the wax sheet into the right width and a cutting mechanism into the right length.
the rollers of this machine are 750mm wide and 162mm in diameter
Cell size is 5.4mm or approximately 800 cells per dm2.
380Volts 3 phase and 8 bar air pressure needed.
Capacity is approximately 50kg wax per hour.
